Authors seeking to appeal a decision made by the Journal of Nursing Advances in Clinical Sciences can do so by sending an email to the editor, providing a comprehensive, detailed response to the comments made by reviewers and editors. The Editor will assess the peer review process for the submission. If an editorial decision to reject aligns with established editorial standards, it remains final. Upon receipt of emails addressed to h_hojjati1362@yahoo.com, Journal of Nursing Advances in Clinical Sciences will acknowledge within 7 business days. Only one appeal is allowed per manuscript. The Editorial Board member handling the paper or the Editor-in-Chief will issue a final decision on appeals within 4–8 weeks.

Appeals against rejection decisions for manuscripts are typically considered under the following conditions:

1. Demonstrating that a reviewer's or editor's error in the review process resulted in an incorrect final decision.
2. Providing significant additional data.
3. Presenting a compelling case indicating bias in the process.
